What’s Included In The Advertised Price?
Often times the advertised price is just the base price of the home. Additional costs include: lot premiums, exterior & interior upgrades, and other design finishes. Other costs after closing include: landscaping, window coverings, and after market customization
Why Hire a Realtor For New Construction?
When you go to the sales office, the sales representative works for the builder, not for you. Since the builder pays for our commission as the buyer’s agent there is no cost for you and in turn you have someone looking out for YOUR best interest!
What Builder Is The Best?
The truth is all builders have their pros & cons. All builders rely on subcontractors and those subcontractors are working for several production builders at a time. As a result, there is no way to rely definitively say one is “better” than the other. However, there is a stark difference in those that correct their issues during the warranty period and those that don’t!
